● 閥座活塞效應(yīng)。能提供3種組合的活塞效應(yīng)：一、上下游都是單活塞效應(yīng)閥座,即DBB功能；二、上下游都是雙活塞效應(yīng)閥座，即DIB-1功能；三、上游是單活塞效應(yīng)閥座，下游是雙活塞效應(yīng)閥座，即DIB-2功能；
● 閥座與球體之間密封有兩種結(jié)構(gòu)：一為傳統(tǒng)的軟密封結(jié)構(gòu)，二為三角圈密封結(jié)構(gòu)；
● 閥桿為防噴設(shè)計，可防止因操作不當而造成閥桿從閥體里噴出；
● 具有防火防靜電裝置；
● 閥座密封和閥桿密封處設(shè)計有緊急密封脂注入口。正常的密封不依賴密封脂。當密封面損傷而引起泄露時,可注入密封脂緊急修復。每個注脂孔口安裝個注脂閥和一個內(nèi)嵌的單向閥。
● 排污口與放空口。在閥體最低位置安裝有排污閥,可對閥腔放空和排污；在閥體上部安裝有放空閥，可在線對閥腔進行放空和清洗。排污閥和放空閥可以是隔離閥或?qū)Ｓ门欧沤宇^，確保安全可靠，方便使用。
● 能夠配套各種驅(qū)動裝置的連接盤。驅(qū)動裝置包括手柄、蝸輪、電動、氣動、氣液聯(lián)動、電液聯(lián)動等
● 對于端部為焊連接的閥門，可以根據(jù)用戶管道材質(zhì)等級響應(yīng)調(diào)整閥門端部材質(zhì)（過渡段），以保證材質(zhì)強度的適配性和可焊性。兩端加袖管的閥門，袖管的長度能保證現(xiàn)場焊接操作對密封材料不產(chǎn)生影響；
● 埋地設(shè)計。埋地安裝的閥門，閥桿根據(jù)工程的需要加長，以便地上操作，并將相應(yīng)的注脂、排污和放空裝置由管子引伸至地上。
